For in-depth cross-cultural training ChinaConduct uses role playing. Western participants interact with Chinese trainers in intensive dynamic simulations based on real life situations: a confrontation with ‘real’ China.

The goal is to better understand the Chinese business environment and the Chinese way of communicating.
